Professional Liability Insurance

The professional liability insurance cover is provided by R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden. The insurance covers activities in the member states of the European Union and, therefore, satisfies at least the requirements of § 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act.

Consumer Conciliation (§ 36 Consumer Consiliation Act)

In Germany, the competent consumer conciliation board for disputes over proprietary interests resulting from a client relationship is the Lawyers’ Meditation Board (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft), Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin.
